Residential Workshop 2026: Reflection, Connection, and Transformation

April 20, 2026

In 2026, we successfully conducted two residential workshops under the WAWCAS program. The first was held in Dhulikhel (30 March–1 April) with 46 participants from Lalitpur, Kathmandu, and Rautahat. The second took place from 3–5 April with 48 women from Tanahun and Lamjung.

The workshops began with an engaging introduction activity that filled the room with laughter and helped participants quickly connect with one another.

A deeply emotional highlight was the Life Journey session, where women expressed their stories through drawings—sharing their struggles, achievements, and the impact of WAWCAS. The space turned into a powerful exhibition of courage, bringing both tears and smiles.

The Sunrise Reflection practice encouraged women to start their day with clarity and purpose. Many committed to making this a daily habit.

Through group work on challenges and solutions, participants realized that one woman’s problem can be solved by another’s experience. Each woman left with at least one practical solution and a stronger sense of collective support.

The workshop concluded with women sharing their five-year vision and committing to personal growth, business focus, and nurturing their children.

These workshops were not just learning events—they were transformational experiences, strengthening confidence, connection, and leadership among women.
