Good Greetings,
On behalf of “Slisha”, (meaning connection in Nepali), a Nepali non-profit organization, I would like to welcome you all to Join Hands Together for the Future of Nepal.
We work for the development of women, children, youths, and the community as a whole in the field of child/women's rights, gender development, empowerment, child development, entrepreneurship development and social mobilization where we identify good practices/strengths which exist in the community and promote them. As the Founder of Slisha, I strongly believe that we must work "With the community, Not for the community" that is how the feeling of ownership develops. Our values are to work with full dedication, sincerity, transparency, and honesty.
We are Strong our Standards and Values but Flexible on our Norms. We are Solid on our Destination but Flexible on our Journey.
We dream to see happy and healthy communities with this little initiative of ours and know that our dreams will bear fruit soon as we are not alone. The backbone of Slisha is its Team, Sponsors, Volunteers, and all Supporters and Well-wishers who are helping Slisha in many different ways.
