26th Annual General Meeting (AGM):

The organization successfully conducted its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) with the active participation of 29 general members. The meeting was held in a warm, relaxed, and inclusive atmosphere, beginning with a cordial welcome from the Chairperson, Mr. Raju Baniya, who set a positive tone for the session.

During the AGM, the Annual Report was presented, highlighting key activities, achievements, and milestones accomplished over the past year. This was followed by the presentation of the Auditor’s Report, ensuring transparency and accountability regarding the organization’s financial performance and overall status.

A significant portion of the discussion centered on the organization’s sustainability. Building on conversations from previous AGMs, members actively shared ideas and recommendations aimed at strengthening long-term impact, resource mobilization, and institutional growth.

The meeting also discussed plans for an upcoming major children’s event scheduled for March 14, 2026, in Rautahat. Members were encouraged to contribute to the planning and implementation process, emphasizing collective responsibility and strong community engagement to make the event meaningful and impactful.

The AGM concluded with the finalization of auditors for both social and external audits, reaffirming the organization’s commitment to good governance, transparency, and accountability.
