DAY 1: Check-In – Into the Heart of the Mission
As 21 vibrant WAWCAS teams gathered, the atmosphere buzzed with excitement and purpose. The first stop: team progress presentations. Triumphs were shared, roadblocks were owned, and bold district-wise plans for 2025/26 were unveiled.
The opening note?
“This is not just a workshop—it’s a journey.”
And so the expedition began.
Mornings with Mojo: Games + Meditation = Magic
Each morning kicked off with energizing team games (laughter guaranteed!) followed by soul-soothing meditation. While not all travelers kept up the meditation path, those who did found themselves calmer, clearer, and more connected—think zen mode meets purpose-driven action.
Hidden Messages + Deep Words = Soul Fuel
No boring bullet-point slides here. Instead, mysterious messages unfolded session by session, sparking dialogue and discovery.
Words emerged from the group like:
“Vision is seeing not what is, but what can be.”
“This week is a journey of reflection, growth, and vision.”
These became collective mantras. Goosebumps? Oh yes.
Reflections That Moved Mountains (and Tears)

Next stop: strategy time. Each team tackled real obstacles (no “we don’t have time” excuses!) and mapped out realistic solutions.
From there, 5-year strategies were born. But wait—there’s more!
Each participant wrote two letters:
One for themselves in 20 years – sealed and saved for 2026.
Another for themselves today – with a bold plan for the next year.
A promise. A plan. A pact with their future.
Creative Evaluation: Where Review Became Art
Time to reflect—but make it fun! Teams sang songs, told stories, and created art pieces that overflowed with gratitude, insight, and learning.
The walls became galleries. The air filled with music. Evaluation never felt this alive.
The Final Circle: A Goodbye That Wasn’t Really Goodbye
In the closing gratitude circle, words of thanks wrapped around the group like a warm shawl. Hugs, tears, high-fives, and smiles all around.
