Binita Rana has over 16 years of experience in the Community development and Women Development. She has facilitated various trainings in the community in Social mobilization, Good Governance and Gender Issues.
She joined SLISHA in 2014 and is currently the Senior Local Program Leader for Kathmandu.
She has a strong interpersonal and communication skills and is highly competent in mobilizing the groups and understanding their dynamics.
