Sangeeta Shrestha has over 35 years of experience working in the development sector with I/NGOs, bilateral and multilateral organization and government projects. Her work has a major emphasis on women development, child development, community development and social mobilization. She developed Innovative Positive Deviance in Gender Approach and Discussion with Family Members. Sangeeta Shrestha is a highly effective trainer and facilitator for Capacity Building and Group Strengthening training for organizations (national and international) and communities.
She is a strategic, and result driven leader in addition to being a Research Methodologist and a Program Developer.
She is the founder of SLISHA and also the co-founder of Women at Work Children at School (WAWCAS) together with Nina Schriver.
