Sarika Rawal has over 13 years of experience in the field of community development. She has conducted various training in Kanchanpur district in the sectors Health and Sanitation, Toilet and Waste Pit Construction. She has also facilitated Personal Health and Hygiene trainings for 42 high school and for Community women volunteers.
She joined SLISHA in April 2012 as a Local Program leader. Felicitating her good work and commitment, she had been promoted to the post of Team Leader for Kathmandu in 2014.
She has a strong interpersonal and communication skills and is highly competent in mobilizing the groups and understanding their dynamics.
