Sirish Shrestha has over 19 years of experience in the field of Development Work, Project Management, Accounting and Finance. His work has major emphasis on Women Empowerment and Child Development. He is open toward ideas and is good in collaborating with the team. He is ready for changes and have driving force to implement. He respects all in the organization and able to listen to all. He includes ideas from the organization where relevant into the program. He is committed towards the organization.
He joined SLISHA in May 2012 as a Finance Officer and was appointed as the Program Manager in October 2012. He has also been an active team member in the project of developing the WAWCAS data system. He is good in developing Activities Tracking Systems.
He is in the board of WAWCAS International, Denmark and SLISHA USA.
